Yes, in Connect Pilates Studio we have different level of classes from a beginner level to advanced, please read our class description to choose the right class for you or book an intro session to identify which class you can join.
It depends on your goals and what you are working at but we recommend to attend 2-3 times per week to feel and see the benefits. Consistency is the key!

During pregnancy, women’s body is overcoming enormous number of changes, including hormonal level and changes in the musculoskeletal system. Pilates classes would help you to feel better in this period, as well as to avoid back pain, to prepare your body for giving birth and for recovery in postnatal period. We recommend you to take private sessions or prenatal group classes, that are specially designed for pregnant women.
