From her early years, Tania was immersed in the world of movement, growing up as a dancer and rhythmic gymnast.
In 2008, she discovered her enduring passion for Pilates and pursued certifications in Mat and Reformer Pilates, including specialized training in pre- and post-natal Pilates through Breathe Education in Australia.
In 2019, she underwent hip replacement surgery, and woke up to find her left leg paralyzed. Over the course of a year filled with unwavering determination and a commitment to her own rehabilitation, she re-learned to walk. Her experience deepened her belief in the transformative power of Pilates, not only as a fitness regimen but as a path to rehabilitation and healing.
Today, Tania stands tall as a Pilates instructor and road cyclist, racing proudly for a local UAE team.
